This yoga class designed for beginner to moderate levels. For the student who is ready to add a layer, amplifications will be guided. It's a journey and we all start somewhere!
Yoga style is a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. Come as you are and enjoy an energizing flow to start your weekend. We start with grounding , a gentle warm up, work all areas of the body and weave in some mindset. Strong mind = strong body. We will end class with a cool down and a Savasana.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Hand Towel
Water Bottle
Hands on assists are offered as we move through our practice as a means to help promote stability, deepening, lengthening, and over all to support you in a healthy practice. If you are not comfortable with assists, that is okay and I am in full support of respecting your boundaries.
Our mat is sacred, where we learn to hold a judgement free zone for ourself to rebuild and restore our mind and body relationship.
