Patrick took a leap of faith and launched his Real Estate career in 2012 after a few unexpected post-college twists and turns. He has taken the challenge and flown, consistently landing in the top 5% of agents in the Metro Richmond area. A Richmond native, Bon Air/Midlothian, he has been fortunate to use his knowledge of the area along with his extensive network of friends and family to build his business operating 100% by referral. With an eye for detail, solid work ethic, strong communication skills and a desire to see other people succeed at their goals, the Realtor title suits him well combining a Project Management and Coaching approach. Working with both Buyers and Sellers he is prepared to make the process as smooth as possible. He pulls from his years of experience, solid support system at The Kerzanet Group, and network of "subject matter experts" and professionals to anticipate and tackle the challenges and nuances of a Real Estate transaction. Patrick services all of the areas included in the Central Virginia MLS including Chesterfield, Henrico, Richmond City, Powhatan, Amelia, Goochland, New Kent & Hanover. It is amazing how this job can take you from one end of the city to the other and back again, opening your eyes to how truly lucky we are to live in the Greater Metro Richmond area!
In his free time, you will find Patrick in the gym - training for his next marathon (15 completed and counting!), coaching Masters Swimming, and lifting weights. From there it's the coffee shop, antique shop, admiring cars, or working around his house and garden. He lives in Henrico's near west end with his partner, Jim, and is a proud stepdad to two early 20's kids who are getting set to launch their post college careers.
